A cookie obsession, since day one.
Some bakeries start with a recipe. Ours started with a craving — for that perfect cookie: crisp at the edge, molten in the middle, with a flavour that lingers.
From kitchen to atelier
What began as Sunday baking sessions in a tiny apartment kitchen quickly outgrew the oven — and the friends willing to "just try one more". A pop-up at a local market sold out in 90 minutes. A second pop-up sold out in 30. By the end of that summer we had a shop, a counter, and a queue out the door.
Today, we bake everything by hand, in small batches, multiple times a day. Nothing sits. Nothing is mass-produced. The cookie you bite into was very likely still warm an hour ago.
Ingredients you can taste
We use European butter, single-origin chocolate, real fruit purées, ceremonial-grade matcha, and locally milled flour. If we wouldn't eat it at home, it doesn't go in our cookies.
Our vegan range uses the same uncompromising standards — every recipe is developed in parallel, not as an afterthought.
